Training Method
- Basic strength training (Squat, deadlift, push ups etc)
- Gymnastic exercises (rings, uncle ups, Lever, handstand etc)
- Locomotion ( crawling )
- Mobility work ( moving a joint to and from its end ranges of motion)
Movement training will be about you to make you a better mover to make you feel free in movement and whatever your goal might be!
