Training Method

  • Basic strength training (Squat, deadlift, push ups etc)
  • Gymnastic exercises (rings, uncle ups, Lever, handstand etc)
  • Locomotion ( crawling )
  • Mobility work ( moving a joint to and from its end ranges of motion)

Movement training will be about you to make you a better mover to make you feel free in movement and whatever your goal might be!
